The vacancy Your typical day could start with you reviewing the programme of works that are inflight or within commissioning process. Then you might be meeting with some members of your team ensuring they are on track with their day-to-day workload and project deliverables , before providing expert input as a product subject matter expert ensuring improvements made to systems within your capability are going to provide a positive experience for residents. As a Tenancy Services IT Manager you'll be a hands on person and no one day is likely to be the same. You'll play an integral part in the IT Delivery Management team helping shape and accelerate the journey towards modern services for Peabody . With a particular focus on the delivery of support and change to Peabody's Tenancy Management system you'll actively manage and develop the teams and individuals who maintain and enhance the system, whilst managing the change delivery activities you'll ensure effective planning and transition to operations. You're a people person who likes to get things done. You'll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you're first rate at building meaningful relationships across the business to enable you to deliver your improvements to the systems you are responsible for. You'll need to be in the office for 2 days per week and the remaining time you'll be able to work remotely. Your role covers all the Tenancy Management eco-systems along with any new and emerging solutions. If you're an excellent communicator, energised by leading and developing your teams and able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets whilst committed to helping people flourish, we want to hear from you. To be successful in this role, you're: experienced and knowledgeable about tenancy management systems ideally within the social housing domain passionate about implementing best practise in solutions delivery through all stages of development, with a working knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as ITIL, Agile etc organised with the ability to self-manage a diverse and varied workload and the workload and deliverables of others, prioritising work effectively qualified to degree level or with extensive industry experience be prepared to develop your system knowledge, business knowledge and change management skills and ensure your teams are supported in doing the same.
