About the Role
We are looking for a Tideway Coordinator to join Thames Water on a permanent basis. You will engage with key stakeholders to ensure activities are planned effectively and deliver infrastructure and process improvements to the sewage network, focusing on KPIs and customer experience. This is a great opportunity to develop within Thames Water and gain new skills.

The London Tideway Tunnel is a multi-billion-pound project designed to prevent storm sewage from discharging to the River Thames. The project will soon be commissioned, and preparations for system acceptance are underway. The role involves providing safety-critical asset isolations to support below-ground maintenance of the LTT.

Key responsibilities include managing specific activities within a designated area, leading briefed projects, and supporting larger-scale projects. You will provide safety-critical isolations as an Appointed Person General (APG) to Thames Water Utilities Limited (TWUL) and LTT assets for all future below-ground maintenance activities, with robust training provided.

Additional duties include reviewing Works Package Plans, RAMS, and Maintenance RAMS, supporting the development of Safe Systems of Work, issuing TWOSA's and associated permits for MEICA and Pump Hall access activities, and acting as an interface between all stakeholders for below-ground maintenance activities.

You will coordinate projects and activities, deliver reports, presentations, and data analysis as necessary, and ensure all aspects of health and safety are managed correctly through authorisations, permits, and site inspections. Monitoring and reporting on health and safety, finance, programme, risk, and opportunity for your projects is essential, alongside ensuring compliance with internal processes, external regulations, and best practices.

Delivering excellent customer service and continuous improvement is a key part of this role.
