About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven professional to join our Total Rewards team in this exciting role. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of Total Rewards while actively leveraging your demonstrated analytical capabilities to build and refine tools that deliver deep organisational insights. You will provide analytical support for Total Rewards including variable pay planning, merit, pay offers, market analysis, governance materials and senior leadership presentations. You will partner with Rewards and HR/P&O Analytics teams to improve reporting, identify automation opportunities and support future Total Rewards capabilities. The role focuses on improving consistency, scalability and efficiency of reward processes while building dedicated reward analytics capability.

You have strong communication skills and can present findings clearly to senior leadership.

Qualifications
Relevant experience in Total Rewards analytics or related fields is preferred. A background in data analysis, HR analytics or compensation and benefits is advantageous.
