About the Role
The successful candidate will provide specialist advice and support to clinical teams involved in the transfusion process and will be expected to liaise effectively with staff at all levels across the organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with relevant transfusion experience and an interest in education, governance, patient safety, and quality improvement to make a significant contribution to the ongoing development of transfusion services and the delivery of high-quality patient care. Experience
Relevant transfusion experience is essential to provide expert advice and support within clinical teams.

About you
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are essential. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. An interest in education, governance, patient safety, and quality improvement is highly desirable.
