Heathrow VIP delivers a private, discreet and world-class service to more than 60,000 high-profile passengers each year through its three exclusive suites. The VIP Liaison Officer plays a vital role in creating a seamless and personalised experience for VIP clients, airlines, embassies and agencies, ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the passenger journey. This varied and rewarding role involves coordinating VIP arrivals and departures, managing suite reservations, providing operational and administrative support, and contributing to projects within a fast-paced, dynamic and customer-focused environment. Experience
Previous experience in customer service or VIP liaison roles is advantageous but not essential. A strong focus on delivering exceptional service is required.
About you
You will be friendly, focused and helpful, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. You must be able to take ownership and work proactively to ensure a seamless experience for VIP passengers. Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.
Qualifications
This role requires CTC clearance, which means you must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years. No formal qualifications are specified, but a positive attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn are essential.
