About the Role
As a Workplace Coordinator (Front of House) at Peabody, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and welcoming workplace experience across our corporate offices. You will be part of a multifunctional Facilities Support Team, ensuring our workplaces are safe, well-organised and inviting for colleagues, residents and visitors. This varied, customer-facing role requires professionalism, organisation and attention to detail to make a visible difference every day. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors warmly, managing front desk enquiries, issuing passes and fobs, handling payments, administering workplace inboxes, managing post room duties and courier arrangements, and maintaining accurate records such as visitor logs and key tracking. You will also support meeting room bookings and setups, carry out Health & Safety checks, assist with Fire Marshal duties, liaise with suppliers and contractors, and support wider facilities tasks including deliveries, stock management and colleague onboarding. This role requires flexibility to travel between Peabody offices when needed.

Requirements

Experience
- Experience in a customer-facing administrative or front-of-house role
- Experience working with suppliers, contractors or service providers (desirable)

Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
