Description
As the Workplace Supervisor, you’ll lead and manage the Workplace Coordinators at our Westminster Bridge Road and Pitsea, Essex offices. With a particular focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support to your team, and upholding the highest standards of customer service across all locations, the role will require flexibility, allowing you to travel between sites regularly. You’re dedicated and personable and like to get things done. You’re first rate at customer service, enabling you to greet visitors, manage customer queries, handle access passes and fobs, and coordinate courier services. Your role also covers administrative responsibilities, including managing workplace inboxes, electronic document management, procurement systems, invoicing, and post room duties. You will also be responsible for meeting room bookings, maintaining parking databases, and ensuring GDPR compliance with records and archiving. If you’re a supportive, organised, and professional individual with excellent communication and time-management skills, we want to hear from you. Could it be you?
