About the Role
We are seeking two dedicated Youth Justice Service Officers to join Lambeth Youth Justice Service, a dynamic multi-disciplinary team committed to supporting children, young people, and their families. In this role, you will manage a caseload of youth justice cases, working creatively and collaboratively with children, young people, their families, and partner agencies to deliver tailored interventions that reduce offending and promote positive change.
You will be responsible for assessment, planning, and case management, ensuring risks are effectively managed and safeguarding is prioritised. The role includes writing high-quality reports for court, facilitating restorative approaches, and supporting children and young people to build resilience and re-engage with education, training, and employment.

Experience
Experience working with children and young people within youth justice or related settings is desirable. Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively with multiple agencies is essential.

Qualifications
