We need you to consistently deliver exceptional service by welcoming clients warmly, guiding them to products, and understanding their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will efficiently manage stock by pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards to ensure smooth operations. Keeping the shop floor tidy and replenished while maintaining store standards will be key.

Supporting your management team by working towards individual and team sales targets, providing details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement, and assisting in the preparation and planning of promotional activities are essential parts of the role. You will be a role model for our brand, adhering to uniform standards (all black, unbranded, and reflective of the brand) and regularly participating in training activities to become a confident brand ambassador.

Experience
Previous experience in retail is required
