About the Role
Are you passionate about providing strength-based social care that transforms the lives of children and young adults with learning disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Social Worker to join our All Age Disability (AAD) team, delivering vital services to children and young adults aged 0-25 with learning disabilities and other complex needs. In this role, you will carry out Care Act and Children and Families assessments, produce outcome-focused support plans, and deliver interventions that safeguard and empower children and young adults. Our innovative 0-25 AAD model supports you to develop your practice across both adult and children’s legislation. You will benefit from small, supportive teams, manageable caseloads, comprehensive training, reflective group supervision, clinical advice, and administrative support. You will be part of a strength-based model that promotes independence, positive outcomes, and the effective use of assistive technology.

This is a permanent position. The post requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at Enhanced - Adults and Children (Barred) level. Experience
You should be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with relevant experience in social work practice.
