About the Role
Are you an experienced and dedicated Social Worker with a passion to help children and families thrive? Join the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) in Wandsworth, the gateway to Early Help and Children’s Social Care. Our co-located team works closely with professionals from Police, Health, Education, IDVA Services and Housing, alongside specialists in Substance Misuse, NRPF (No Recourse to Public Funds) and Special Educational Needs, ensuring every child and family receives tailored support.

Social work is a powerful, life-changing profession. In this role, you will lead and support practitioners to ensure children and young people access the right services at the right time. Working alongside fellow Advanced Practitioners and the MASH Team Manager, you will be part of a culture that values high support and high challenge, promoting continuous learning, professional growth and strong collaboration.

We provide access to Family and Systemic Psychotherapists and Practice Specialists for consultation and guidance. Our Outstanding Practice Framework simplifies solutions for complex problems, creating a shared language and understanding to work creatively with children and families for the best outcomes.

The relationships you build at MASH shape the experience families have when seeking support. Your ability to connect with children and families will be central to our service’s success.

Richmond and Wandsworth Councils are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, and offer a wide range of benefits including 40 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), flexible working and a generous pension plan.
