About the Role
Wandsworth and Richmond Councils have an exciting opportunity within the Information and Planning Obligations Team administering Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 (S106) agreements. This role works across both Councils, managing a CIL caseload with a focus on the collection of CIL contributions.

The Councils oversee a variety of developments, ranging from major projects like Battersea Power Station and the Ram Brewery to smaller residential extensions. Developer contributions collected through CIL ensure the delivery of necessary infrastructure to support Local Plan priorities, while planning obligations mitigate site-specific impacts of new developments for the benefit of residents, businesses, and the local community.

You will work on a wide range of casework including householder applications and major developments, providing CIL and S106 advice to colleagues, and engaging with residents and developers to ensure compliance with CIL requirements. A key focus will be on timely collection of CIL and S106 payments, working closely with the Senior CIL and S106 Officer on enforcement projects to recover any outstanding amounts.

This role offers hybrid working with up to 3 days per week in the office, promoting a positive and ambitious working environment.
