About the Role
Linklaters is a global law firm operating in 20 countries through 30 offices. We pride ourselves on being a people business, seeking exceptional individuals who thrive in a collaborative, innovative, efficient, agile, entrepreneurial, and responsible environment. We foster a positive, supportive, fair, and inclusive atmosphere that values diversity and challenges bias.

We are looking for an Analyst - Business Acceptance on a 12 month fixed-term contract to support the assessment and acceptance of new business across our global network. As part of the Legal & Risk function, you will undertake conflict checks, conduct client due diligence and risk assessments, and provide guidance on potential legal and reputational risks. This varied and challenging role offers excellent exposure, development opportunities, and the chance to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the firm.

Your key responsibilities will include initiating and analysing conflict checks using the firm’s conflict management system, supporting conflict resolution, conducting client due diligence and anti-money laundering checks, reviewing and clearing matter opening requests, maintaining information barriers, advising lawyers on client acceptance processes and risk matters, and contributing to Legal & Risk projects and process improvements.

About you
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex information and exercise sound judgement. Highly organised and detail-oriented with a systematic approach to managing workloads and maintaining accuracy. Proactive and flexible, able to work effectively under pressure and prioritise competing demands. Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence to build strong working relationships at all levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and provide practical guidance.

Qualifications
