We pride ourselves on being a people business, where exceptional talent thrives in a collaborative, innovative, agile, and responsible environment. As a Senior Business Development Manager within the TMT/IP practice group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing business development strategies that drive growth across key product areas. Working closely with partners, lawyers, and colleagues across the Business Development & Marketing function, you will leverage market insight, client intelligence, and data-led analysis to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and deliver impactful, client-focused initiatives.
This varied and highly collaborative role offers the chance to contribute to strategic planning, drive cross-selling opportunities, and support profitable revenue growth while developing your skills within a supportive and high-performing team. You will lead the development and delivery of strategic business development plans for the TMT/IP practice, ensuring alignment with global priorities and firmwide objectives. You will also contribute to the Corporate Division's strategic direction, foster strong relationships across global teams, champion the use of technology and business development tools, and lead compelling client pitches and win strategies.
Additionally, you will partner closely with Client and Sector Business Development teams to deliver targeted go-to-market campaigns and strengthen priority client relationships. Using data-driven insights and market intelligence, you will support horizon scanning, opportunity identification, and informed strategic decision-making. Leading and coaching a high-performing Business Development team, you will foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
Joining Team Linklaters entitles you to a comprehensive benefits package including health and wellbeing support, private medical insurance, onsite fitness facilities, pension and flexible savings options, income protection, family and lifestyle benefits, and access to employee networks and social clubs.
