We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Business Development and Marketing (BDM) function on a 12 month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will collect, organise, and analyse data from multiple sources to identify quick wins and enable data-driven action planning. You will gather requirements for report development, identify data sources, and design scalable solutions for reporting automation. Working within the BDM Planning and Operations team, you will contribute to shaping strategic initiatives and improving internal processes in a collaborative, international environment.

Your key responsibilities will include managing data accuracy and reliability, collaborating with internal teams to define reporting requirements, analysing trends and insights to support BDM, partnering with data visualisation designers and analysts, sharing analysis outputs with stakeholders, and staying informed on emerging data analytics tools and methodologies to enhance analysis quality and impact.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in collecting, cleaning, and managing data from multiple sources, including both structured and unstructured datasets. Strong understanding of data governance principles to ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity. Experience mapping data and reporting workflows, performing data forensics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements.

About you
Proficient in data analysis and statistical techniques with hands-on experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R, and visualisation platforms like Power BI or Tableau. Excellent documentation skills and the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders, adapting analysis based on feedback. Familiarity with data visualisation principles and experience working alongside designers or dashboard developers. Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering scalable and repeatable reporting solutions.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or demonstrable experience in data analytics or related fields are desirable. A strong analytical mindset and commitment to continuous learning and improvement are essential.
