About the Role
Linklaters is a global law firm operating in 20 countries through 30 offices, committed to delivering exceptional client service through a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture. As an Ebilling Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you will manage the end-to-end client onboarding process onto eBilling platforms, ensuring all client requirements are captured, configured, and validated prior to go-live. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, managing expectations and resolving queries promptly. Your responsibilities include identifying and resolving errors or blockers, maintaining accurate records for audit and compliance, setting up and maintaining client billing profiles, and ensuring timely invoice submission in adherence to internal deadlines.

You will oversee the collation and submission of questionnaires, establish clear team ownership and accountability, and rectify invoice errors with minimal guidance. Monitoring and updating internal billing schedules to guarantee prompt invoice processing is key, as is collaborating with cross-functional teams to address billing enquiries and ensure seamless financial data flow. You will partner with clients to establish eBilling systems for new accounts and prepare detailed reports and data analytics for management to monitor billing efficiency and revenue performance.

Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing billing procedures to align with industry standards and drive continuous process improvements to reduce onboarding turnaround times and enhance operational efficiency. Requirements

Experience
- Proven experience managing client onboarding onto eBilling platforms within professional services or legal environments
- Strong working knowledge of eBilling platforms, client billing portals, and technical onboarding requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely invoice submission and adherence to deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to prepare reports and data analytics for management monitoring billing efficiency and revenue performance

About you
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and senior internal stakeholders
- Professionalism and integrity in all aspects of work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with SAP or similar finance systems
- Familiarity with eBilling platforms or legal billing systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
