About the Role
Linklaters is a global law firm operating in 20 countries through 30 offices. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Technology & Data team on a 6-month temporary assignment supporting a significant global People (HR) Transformation programme. This role will focus on standardising HR processes across multiple countries and supporting the transition to a centralised service model. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements across the project lifecycle, facilitating workshops with stakeholders across multiple locations and functions, creating process maps, identifying standardisation opportunities, translating workshop outputs into solution-ready requirements, supporting testing activities including acceptance criteria definition and UAT, managing stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the design of scalable, globally consistent HR service processes. This is a high-profile transformation initiative offering the chance to make an immediate impact within a globally recognised professional services firm.

Experience
- Proven experience delivering business analysis within HR Services, HR Operations or HR Transformation programmes
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and business process improvement
- Experience translating business processes into system requirements, ideally related to HR case management or workflow-driven platforms
- Ability to facilitate workshops and engage effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple countries
- Experience supporting RFP, vendor selection or technology evaluation activities
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies across Agile and Waterfall environments
- Proficient in tools such as Azure DevOps, Visio, Mural and other standard BA toolsets
