About the Role
Linklaters is a global law firm operating in 20 countries through 30 offices. We pride ourselves on being a people business, seeking exceptional individuals who thrive in a collaborative, innovative, efficient, agile, entrepreneurial, and responsible environment. Our culture fosters outperformance through a positive, supportive, fair, and inclusive atmosphere that values diversity and challenges bias.

The Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team is part of the broader People function, responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent across all career stages. The Lateral Legal talent team works closely with London fee-earning practice groups and in-house legal teams to recruit top talent in the market.

In this role, you will work closely with the talent manager and broader talent acquisition and people functions to directly source, attract, and assess suitable candidates for identified hiring needs. You will balance stakeholder relationships while ensuring candidates receive a seamless interview and onboarding experience. Your role is critical in promoting recruitment best practices, diversity awareness, and Linklaters’ inclusion initiatives, networks, benefits, and culture.

As part of a regulated entity, you will ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and recruitment processes, including those involving internal stakeholders and third-party providers. You will conduct screenings and HR interviews, gaining insight into candidate motivations and influencing outcomes while promoting the firm’s culture.

You will become a superuser of Workday (applicant tracking system) and any AI recruitment tools, encouraging their use for compliance and best practice. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment for other groups and offices, reporting and analysing recruitment data, managing internal and online recruitment campaigns, updating role description templates, attending recruitment events, and other ad hoc duties.

Joining Linklaters entitles you to a comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance, onsite fitness facilities, GP services, pension and savings options, income protection, family and lifestyle benefits, additional leave, and access to employee networks and social clubs.

Committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience aligned with the firm’s values.
