About the Role
Join our Housing Specialism’s Team at L&Q as an ASB Case Worker and deliver an excellent service for residents. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is a customer-focused team player who wants to make a difference. As the ASB Case Worker, you’ll provide effective and sensitive case management in severe and complex ASB cases and provide advice and support on lower level ASB to colleagues. To be successful in this role, you’ll implement a solutions approach to reducing harm and support residents to feel safe within their homes and communities. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues from across the business to reduce and resolve ASB, and provide a proactive ASB service including investigation, enforcement and prevention activities as appropriate.
Experience
Experience in case management or a related field is preferred.
About you
A can-do attitude and motivation to keep promises to residents. Excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage a complex workload whilst adhering to important deadlines. Stakeholder management is key to this role. Ability to engage with a diverse customer base is essential.
Qualifications
Basic Disclosure Barring Service certificate (DBS) is required to enable you to work within the team.
