About the Role
Joining the Shared Finance Service (SFS) Accounts Receivable Team, you will play a key role in maximising daily income collection and enforcement processes for both Kingston and Sutton Councils. This includes billing, collection, and recovery of sundry debt, BIDS/CIL, and Housing Benefit Overpayments in line with legislation. The role requires flexibility to work across two locations, with a view to consolidating to one site in the future. As an Apprentice, you will contribute to delivering a coordinated, consistent, and high-quality service, working across all service areas within the Shared Finance Accounts Receivable team. You will carry out a variety of tasks using different equipment and technology, gaining valuable experience in public sector finance operations.
