The Housing Management Service is seeking an experienced Area Tenancy Manager to manage end-to-end tenancies for a patch of social housing tenants. You will develop detailed knowledge across tenancy management areas including voids, lettings, income and arrears, anti-social behaviour (ASB), and provide holistic, person-centred support.
With a consistent housing patch, you will work collaboratively with council services to ensure vulnerable tenants access necessary support and that Brent’s estates and homes remain safe, secure, and of high quality. You will uphold the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023 guidelines, demonstrating commitment to improving standards and ensuring compliance with this important legislation.
Experience
Proven experience in the Social Housing sector, particularly in housing management roles involving tenancy management, income recovery, and ASB.
