About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Contract Delivery and Quality Manager to lead on gas compliance, health & safety, and the delivery of high-quality housing services. You will be responsible for ensuring that Brent’s housing stock remains safe, secure, and fully compliant with statutory and regulatory gas safety obligations.
In this role, you will manage gas servicing, heating maintenance, and installation programmes, oversee contractor performance, risk management, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards. Working collaboratively with other compliance teams, your primary focus will be the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of gas systems across the housing portfolio.
You will also support the Building Safety Manager role, contribute to Building Safety Cases, and embed innovation and sustainability—including climate change considerations—into compliance strategies.

Experience
- Proven experience managing gas and heating programmes within a social housing environment is highly desirable.
- Experience in contract administration, management, or supervising mechanical service-related contracts.
- Strong background in risk management, audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications
- Gas-related qualifications would be desirable but are not explicitly required.
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in compliance, health & safety, or housing management would be advantageous.
