About the Role
The Assistant Business Manager is a true brand ambassador, always reflecting the Charlotte Tilbury values. Customer experience is at the forefront of your leadership style, frequently thinking of new ways for the team to engage and satisfy customers. You will work collaboratively alongside the Business Manager to support seamless day-to-day operations on the counter. You will drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators. Supporting the Business Manager, you will determine individual and team sales targets and communicate with Retail Artists to agree sales objectives and deliver them. Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit, you will be a specialist amongst the retail artistry brands, showing genuine enthusiasm, commitment and interest in the Company’s performance. You will lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and create a memorable customer experience. Coaching and giving feedback to the team ensures Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved in both service and artistry. You will take every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience, driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities. Implementing individual and team development plans, you will conduct regular reviews that encourage two-way feedback and coaching. You will create a positive and cooperative team culture in store through team meetings and a collaborative management style, recognizing and celebrating performance where necessary. Entrepreneurial in nature, you will propose plans, events and other activities to unlock commercial success. Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising, counter cleanliness and hygiene standards is essential. You will execute flawless grooming standards, inspiring your team to be and feel the best versions of themselves.
Experience
Retail management experience is essential. Experience in strategic planning and people management is highly valued.
