About the Role
The Senior Digital Content Manager leads the planning and delivery of key digital campaigns, bringing teams together to create engaging and commercially impactful customer experiences. With a strong marketing mindset and excellent project leadership skills, you will shape how new products, hero franchises, and key brand moments come to life across Digital channels. You will play a pivotal role in connecting Digital with the wider business, ensuring plans are aligned, ambitious, and set up for success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end digital campaigns from ideation and strategic planning through to go-live and post-campaign analysis, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and successful delivery across all digital channels.
- Developing integrated campaign strategies for new product launches, always-on hero products, and key brand moments, managing anticipation, launch impact, and sustained momentum.
- Coordinating Digital channel teams across Trade, Website & App, CRM, Performance Marketing, Affiliates, and other functions to ensure strategy, briefs, assets, and information are aligned.
- Driving innovation and creative thinking to amplify campaigns, partnering with Product and Technology teams to explore new experiences and functionality that improve discovery, engagement, and conversion.
- Championing Digital across the wider business by partnering closely with Brand Marketing, Social, PR, Creative, and Regional teams to embed Digital within integrated marketing plans.
- Owning the digital campaign narrative and creative consistency, reviewing key campaign assets to ensure cohesive and compelling product storytelling.
- Using data and insight to continuously improve campaigns, leading post-campaign reviews, identifying learnings, and applying performance insights to future strategies.
- Leading communication and stakeholder alignment through ideation and planning sessions, presenting clear and compelling Digital plans to senior stakeholders.
Experience
- Strategic and commercially minded digital marketing experience with a strong understanding of the wider digital ecosystem.
- Proven track record as an exceptional project leader, managing complex, interdependent campaigns and bringing multiple specialist teams and stakeholders together in a fast-paced environment.
