About the Role
Join our dynamic One Southwark Bridge Catering team as an Assistant Catering Manager! We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to oversee and elevate our catering operations. This role involves leading a small team of 15 with a hands-on work ethic, supporting all operations across the restaurant, café, and workplace. You will train teams and monitor their progress, focusing on excellent service, high standards, and a guest-first approach. You will contribute to the operational efficiency and profitability of all retail outlets, collaborate with kitchen, back of house, and senior management on ordering, stock taking, and reporting. Additionally, you will deputise for the Retail Manager in their absence, providing feedback and ensuring continuity of standards and service.

Experience
Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager in a similar workplace setting, ideally overseeing multiple outlets. Proven experience training, motivating, and leading a small team. Understanding of business costs and their controls.
