About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Hospitality and Events Coordinator to join our Events Team at Southbank. You will support the hospitality team in delivering internal sales, planning client events, and creating innovative offers for our clients. The role requires proficiency in our CRM system, client engagement, producing all event-related paperwork, and ensuring the operations team is fully briefed for smooth delivery. This fast-paced, admin-heavy position demands excellent customer service, initiative, drive, enthusiasm, strong planning and organizational skills, and a good knowledge of accounts and finance. You will need to be hands-on, flexible, and capable of managing high-pressure situations.

Requirements

Experience
A minimum of 1 year’s experience in an administrative role is required.

About you
You should have excellent customer service skills, strong initiative, drive, and enthusiasm. Good planning and organizational skills are essential. You must be hands-on, flexible, and able to work effectively under pressure. A good knowledge of accounts and finance is important for this role.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are stated; however, relevant experience and skills in administration, hospitality, or events coordination will be advantageous.
