About the Role
Join Moody's as an Assistant Director - Product Manager, leading the product lifecycle to increase AI integration across Moody's business services. You will focus on making Moody's capabilities consumable by AI agents, defining how each service is exposed and packaged for agent-based consumption. This role involves recommending distribution channels such as MCP and MCP Apps, building prototypes for internal and external clients, and gathering structured feedback to drive data-driven product decisions. You will ensure all integrations comply with legal and regulatory frameworks by partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.

You will help build and maintain evaluation frameworks for AI-integrated services, defining metrics, benchmarks, and acceptance criteria, and tracking KPIs such as latency, accuracy, hallucination rate, coverage, and user satisfaction. Continuous improvement cycles will be driven by evaluation results, customer feedback, and production monitoring data.

Supporting product definition for MCP and MCP App integrations, you will help shape the MCP App surface area to deliver richer, interactive experiences within AI agents. You will partner with engineering teams to design, build, and iterate on MCP server and MCP App implementations, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance with data governance standards. Validation of integrations through structured testing with partner AI systems and customer environments is also a key responsibility.

Utilizing AI tools such as Claude Desktop and Claude Code, you will rapidly prototype capabilities, validate hypotheses, and accelerate delivery while maintaining safety and responsible use standards. You will author and apply AI Skills to standardize and scale agent workflows, support solution discovery through customer engagements and design sprints, and work embedded with engineering teams from concept through production to ensure delivery timelines and quality.

As a champion of the AI-First mindset, you will identify opportunities to embed Moody's AI capabilities into customer workflows, mentor peers on AI product practices, and contribute to the broader team's capability. Collaboration with Pre-Sales, Commercial Strategy, Legal, Compliance, Risk, ML Engineering, and Operations teams will ensure solutions meet market, regulatory, and enterprise-grade standards.

About the Team
You will join the C&G Product Builders team, uniting product vision with engineering excellence to deliver end-to-end solutions across Moody's client base, including corporate and government sectors. The team operates in squads owning the full lifecycle from concept to production, driving Moody's push to make business services consumable by AI across platforms and external MCP channels including marketplaces, customer platforms, and foundational models like Claude and ChatGPT. This dynamic environment emphasizes rapid prototyping, deep technical collaboration, and ownership.

Experience
Demonstrated experience building or evaluating AI/ML-powered products, with familiarity in evaluation methodologies. Strong expertise in large language models (LLMs) and generative AI concepts including AI agents, prompt engineering, context management, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) with MCP Apps and UI capabilities. Mastery of AI tools such as Claude Desktop and Claude Code for daily use, maintaining safety and responsible-use standards. Hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot. Proven ability to define evaluation frameworks, interpret metrics, and make data-driven product decisions. Experience leading innovation initiatives using AI tools and managing AI-related risks with ethical governance.

Qualifications
