As a Sr Benefits Analyst, you will lead and support global benefits delivery, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while partnering with stakeholders. You will manage benefits programs across multiple countries, handle complex cases independently, and drive process improvements leveraging emerging technologies including AI. You will also play a key role in benefits system implementations, vendor management, and employee communications, contributing to a seamless and high-quality employee benefits experience across Moody’s global operations.

Experience
5+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related field, preferably in a multinational environment.
Advanced expertise in benefits programs, regulations, and cross-border considerations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex scenarios independently.
Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver in fast-paced global environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, translating complex topics for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS/benefits administration systems.
Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges.
Growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
