As a Project Manager - AI Enablement, you will oversee the planning, execution, and release of multiple machine learning and generative AI projects aligned with Moody’s strategic objectives. You will manage dependencies across internal and external squads, facilitate quarterly planning and roadmap alignment, and champion Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Your role includes coaching cross-functional teams, engaging senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency through dashboards and performance reporting, and partnering with data science, ML operations, and front-end teams to optimize release processes and reduce time-to-market.

You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, mitigating delivery risks proactively, and ensuring alignment of delivery with product vision and business strategy. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to Moody’s Ratings’ AI Analytics group, which develops advanced ML/GenAI solutions for high-profile data science initiatives while upholding Moody’s values of openness, diversity, inclusivity, respect, and a willingness to learn.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading end-to-end delivery of AI/Machine Learning initiatives in complex enterprise environments
- Proven ability to coach Scrum/Kanban practices and drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement
- Experience building, prioritizing, and managing backlogs; aligning scope, timeline, and quality across squads
- Strong stakeholder communication skills including delivering project status updates, managing dependencies and risks, and facilitating decisions
- Proficiency with project reporting and governance, maintaining dashboards and documentation, and enforcing delivery standards
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile estimation techniques (story points, velocity, burndown)
- Preferred: Working knowledge of data science workflows, coding concepts, AWS, enterprise deployments, and multi-squad coordination across regions and cross-functional teams
- Good knowledge of finance concepts, notably financial analysis
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred; candidates with business-related degrees will also be considered if they have prior hands-on technical experience
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or equivalent delivery/Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master) are highly desirable
