About the Role
Within the limits of Millennium & Copthorne policies and procedures, you will oversee and direct all aspects of the Food & Beverage function and operations at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington. This impressive 4-star deluxe hotel is located in the heart of Kensington, just a minute’s walk from Gloucester Road Underground station, providing convenient access across London. The hotel features 610 spacious guest rooms and a variety of dining options including Humphrey’s Café & Bar, South West 7, and the Bombay Brasserie. The Millennium Conference Centre offers flexible meeting spaces with 26 function rooms covering 1,600m2 and can accommodate up to 600 delegates. The conservatory caters for up to 300 guests and includes palm trees, a piano, an exclusive bar area, and a dance floor.

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will maintain high standards of supervision, ensure exceptional customer service across all outlets, develop and launch new Food & Beverage concepts in collaboration with Hotel Managers, and be responsible for Food & Beverage Profit & Loss and conversion rates. You will also monitor staffing levels to align with business needs and track hospitality trends to optimize operations.

Proven experience in Food & Beverage management with a strong understanding of operational standards and customer service excellence.
