About the Role
This Assistant Merchandiser role sits within the External Brands team at Kurt Geiger, a creative and inclusive footwear and accessories brand inspired by the energy and diversity of London. You will manage products from renowned external brands sold within the shoe departments of our luxury retail partners. Key responsibilities include identifying trading actions through stock and sales data analysis, owning forward forecasts for continuity lines, and proposing re-orders and stock management actions. You will establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, work closely with brands to place in-season repeats, and manage stock flow into and out of the warehouse in collaboration with Buying, Distribution, and Brand contacts. Additionally, you will identify and model promotional activity for approval, own mid-season trading reviews presenting key insights to inform future buying strategies, and produce ad-hoc analysis for Buying and Merchandising teams under tight deadlines. The role also involves managing workload and development of one Merchandise Admin Assistant and undertaking regular store visits to gather retail feedback, observe products in situ, and highlight trading opportunities and stock risks.

Experience
Previous experience as an Assistant Merchandiser in a fashion environment is essential.
