About the Role
MUSIC·TEAM is a leading global agency representing prominent artists across all genres for live performance, touring, brand partnerships, and beyond. As part of THE·TEAM, which operates at the epicenter of sports, music, and entertainment globally, you will support artist career development by managing key administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate artist contact records and deal memos in a bespoke CRM booking system, keeping client bios, riders, and marketing assets up to date, entering offers and show details, issuing and tracking contracts, preparing artist itineraries, and managing invoices and settlements. You will also handle immigration paperwork, coordinate tour announcements and ticketing with promoters and client teams, manage calendars and meetings for agents, handle inbound calls, book business travel, submit expense reports, and manage show and festival guest lists. Additional tasks and responsibilities will be assigned as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the music team and supporting artist success worldwide.
Experience
Previous experience within a Music Assistant role is required.
About you
Excellent organisational skills and communication skills are essential. You should be proficient with CRM systems, Outlook, and Word. A proactive and detail-oriented approach is important to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
