- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team and internal stakeholders on theme and content development, liaising with speakers and external parties.
- Coordinate with the Creative team on event collateral and assets, including pre- and post-event materials.
- Work with the Comms & Social team to deliver content and promotional plans across internal and external channels.
- Partner closely with the Corporate Events team in Toronto on global high-end hospitality events, including three events in the US and one in Europe, taking a larger logistical role for European tentpole events.
- Support other corporate teams and business units with their event programs as needed.
- Create pre- and post-event reports demonstrating objectives, KPIs, and delivery outcomes.
- Produce post-event and partnership surveys, create feedback forums, and analyze results to drive continuous improvement.

Partnership Management:
- Collaborate with the EVP of Marketing & Communications to identify and activate partnerships that elevate THE·TEAM brand across EMEA and APAC.
- Ensure delivery of partnership assets throughout the partnership lifecycle, including event logistics, promotion, advertising, and ticket allocations.

Merchandise Management:
- Oversee ordering, production, and distribution of branded merchandise, liaising with stakeholders on design and requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships across relevant markets to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Maintain an accurate global supplier database and inventory tracking.

Digital Asset Management:
- Support website content development and posting as needed.
- Help manage and monitor the corporate inbox to ensure marketing and talent representation leads reach the correct stakeholders and are tracked promptly.
- Collaborate with the digital team on the online merchandise store, subscriptions, and processes to ensure success.

Team Support & Administration:
- Provide key operational support within a fast-paced Marketing & Communications team.
- Manage administrative processes related to partnerships and events, including purchase orders, invoice tracking, and budget reconciliation.
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure calendars, trackers, and databases are current and accurate.
