About the Role
THE·TEAM is a global leader in representation and marketing services for talent, brands and properties across 28 countries and over 70 cities. Our live group specializes in branding and signage, custom fabrication, live event production and experiential operations across sports, music, entertainment and culture. We work with some of the world’s most iconic properties and brands to create unforgettable live events.

As a Client Services Manager within our Orpington team, you will be part of a busy, fast-paced and diverse environment delivering projects throughout the UK, Europe and globally. You will focus on the successful management and operational delivery of conferences, corporate events, meetings, experiential activations, graphics, branded environments and event merchandise.

Your responsibilities will include managing projects through their full lifecycle—from initial brief and concept development through planning, procurement, production, installation, live delivery and post-event review. Project planning is central to this role, alongside client and stakeholder management, budgeting, venue and supplier coordination, graphics production, merchandise purchasing, feasibility reviews, logistics, administration, on-site delivery and project support.

Key tasks include supporting the client services team with event planning and delivery, maintaining project plans and schedules, coordinating communication with venues and suppliers, assisting with client-facing materials, managing event graphics and signage, sourcing and ordering merchandise, obtaining supplier quotes, coordinating logistics, liaising with internal teams, supporting venue and supplier research, preparing meeting agendas and notes, maintaining project documentation, assisting with event set-up and live troubleshooting, following health and safety procedures, post-event administration and building positive relationships with clients, colleagues, venues and suppliers.

The role requires flexibility to support a range of client accounts and projects in line with business priorities and development needs.

Experience
Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in events, conferences, hospitality, experiential, production, project coordination, client services or a related environment; strong internships or placement experience may also be considered.

About you
- A genuine interest in live events, production, brand experiences and client service, with a willingness to learn from more experienced team members.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and details simultaneously.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating with colleagues, suppliers, venues and client contacts, with the ability to recognise when to seek guidance or escalate issues.
- Strong attention to detail across schedules, costs, artwork, orders, logistics and project administration.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with project trackers or event planning tools is helpful.
- Basic numerical confidence and an interest in developing commercial awareness including quotes, purchase orders, costs and budget tracking.
- Practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to stay calm under changing priorities.
- Collaborative attitude, reliability and willingness to support the wider team with both planned tasks and hands-on event activity.
- Understanding of the importance of brand consistency, quality control and accurate delivery.
- Openness to feedback and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe, and occasionally further afield, depending on project requirements.
