About the Role
THE·TEAM operates at the epicenter of sports, music and entertainment, serving talent, brands and properties on a global scale. LIVE·TEAM specializes in delivering branding and signage, custom fabrication, live event production and experiential operations across sports, music and entertainment. Working with the world’s most iconic properties and brands, we elevate live events to make them unforgettable. Headquartered in Los Angeles, THE·TEAM's presence spans 28 countries and more than 70 cities worldwide.

The finishing department is a key section of our production facility, ensuring that our customers' campaigns and event products arrive finished, trimmed, and ready for installation or use. As a Wide Format Print Finisher, you will be responsible for finishing and collating printed or supplied products according to job bag and campaign specifications. You will work as part of a finishing team handling multiple material types, large and small format items, and 3D structures, using a variety of standard finishing machinery.

You will collaborate closely with account and production teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed client requirements. Your daily tasks will include working to set objectives, following instructions related to campaign and event finishing, and reporting to the Finishing Unit Manager. You will work as part of a team to achieve high standards, follow an online work schedule, adhere to health and safety rules, and communicate professionally across departments. Occasionally, you may cover print operative duties.

Your finishing duties will include operating Zund cutting tables (cutting, kiss cutting, routing), laminating with heated rollers and roll laminators, hand finishing such as vinyl wrap mounting and weeding, applying eyelets and hemming banners/textiles, and performing various manual finishing operations including gluing, assembly, and taping.
