About the Role
THE·TEAM is a global leader providing representation and marketing services to talent, brands, and properties across 28 countries and more than 70 cities worldwide. Rooted in the unifying power of sports, music, and entertainment, THE·TEAM leads with intelligence, ideas, and influence. We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our Creators division legal team. In this role, you will support the team’s contracting functions by reviewing, editing, and negotiating a wide variety of agreements for THE·TEAM Creators clients. You will also advise THE·TEAM agents and clients on various transactional and legal matters. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to a rapidly growing group.

Key responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a high volume of contracts such as sponsorship/endorsement, appearance, content, production, literary, and other deal types. You will conduct legal research and analysis, prepare opinions with recommendations, anticipate legal and contract risks, and design strategies to mitigate those risks. Staying current on legislative developments affecting THE·TEAM and its clients is essential. You will also support intellectual property projects, assist with dispute resolution and litigation oversight, and ensure compliance with corporate policies including anti-bribery, AML, data protection, and sanctions. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

- Flexibility and adaptability while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment, including meeting tight deadlines.
- High emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Self-starter who can work independently, yet self-aware and open to feedback.
- Demonstrated passion for the creators industry.
