Job overview The role of Associate Director – Compliance and Assurance is key to ensuring that the Essentia Group deliver a compliant and safe environment for our patients and colleagues every day. You will manage specialist Health and Safety, Compliance, Fire safety and Energy Management team members working across multiple sites in North West and South East London. You will use and be responsible for information systems that provide assurance such as CAFM’s, CAD and auditing software which are used to set and report on performance standards. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record and passion for leading and managing change to improve compliance and give assurance within a large, complex organisation. You will have demonstrable experience of formulating long term, organisation-wide strategic plans and a highly developed understanding in the management of systems together with experience of managing data and reporting within a complex environment.
