About the Role
We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic IT Trainers to join our ITCS Training team supporting multiple NHS Trusts. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging end-user training for Epic and other digital systems, creating learner-focused materials such as tip sheets, quick guides, eLearning modules, demo videos, lesson plans, and assessments. Training delivery will be blended, including classroom, virtual, one-to-one sessions, and roadshows across Trust sites. You will collaborate closely with clinical leads, application teams, and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with system design, workflows, and programme goals.

You will assess competency, gather feedback, and refine training content while supporting users during go-lives, upgrades, and system rollouts. The role includes floorwalking, coaching, mentoring junior trainers, and maintaining LMS records. Additionally, you will contribute to workflow reviews, training environment testing, and performance support to ensure staff confidently apply their learning in practice. Flexibility to work across sites and occasionally outside normal hours is required.

Working within two of London’s largest teaching hospitals, you will be part of a forward-looking digital transformation programme aimed at improving patient care and staff development through innovative technology and training.
