About the Role
Do you have a proven track record of providing expert HR advice across the full employment cycle? Are you keen to build on your experience in a fast-paced function with an ambitious people agenda? Using a coaching approach, you will develop management capability and confidence in handling people matters and support local people strategies, workforce planning, and change initiatives.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your HR career in a high-profile area of the Trust, working with senior stakeholders and directly influencing workforce outcomes.

Ensure HR services meet the needs of the Clinical Group by utilising specialist HR expertise.
