We are seeking an AVP to lead business process transformation initiatives within the Commercial organisation. This role involves end-to-end transformation of medium to high complexity business processes, driving efficiency, governance, scalability, and improved business performance. You will develop and execute transformation roadmaps, manage full lifecycle initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Control.

Responsibilities include establishing process governance, performance measurement frameworks, control frameworks for regulatory compliance, and promoting continuous improvement through coaching and stakeholder engagement. You will represent Business Process Transformation in governance forums, influence strategic decisions, and promote innovation by leveraging technology, automation, and advanced analytics.

The Business Process Transformation team focuses on transforming quote to cash processes and enhancing the ratings workflow through digital transformation and AI innovation. Experience
- Significant experience leading business process transformation, operational excellence, consulting, or business change initiatives within complex organisations.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Ability to analyse operational data, business metrics, and process performance indicators to identify trends and drive evidence-based decision making.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills to build alignment and drive change across senior business, technology, risk, and control functions.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent programmes or projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex challenges into clear recommendations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AI concepts, including AI-enabled analytics, automation, or workflow tools.
- Proven ability to evaluate and implement AI-powered solutions with understanding of responsible AI practices, governance, risk management, and ethical use.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent process improvement certification preferred.
- Project Management Professional, PRINCE2, Agile, or related project management certification preferred.
