About the Role
The B2B CRM Manager is a key role responsible for managing both the strategy and operational delivery of CRM for Trade Marketing & Customer Events at BBC Studios. You will design, execute, and optimise targeted email communications and customer engagement journeys that deepen relationships and maximise commercial opportunities. Working closely with the Trade Marketing & Events team, you will manage the full events and customer engagement lifecycle, leveraging CRM technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Dotdigital, and Validity. Additionally, you will act as the CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Trade, supporting delegate management workflows and ensuring best practice across CRM activities.

Experience
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms such as Dotdigital or Braze.
- Proven track record in managing and fostering relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Significant experience in B2B email marketing, particularly within the events space.
- Strong data-driven and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the latest GDPR policies.

Qualifications
Desirable but not essential:
- Understanding of the BBC and its position in the media market.
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing automations.
- Knowledge of editorial compliance and Fair-Trading policies.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Basic Adobe Photoshop editing skills.
- AMPScript and HTML skills.
