About the Role
Join BBC StoryWorks Commercial Productions, the branded content studio of BBC Studios, and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, high-impact campaigns for global clients. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of branded content, advertising and sponsorship projects, ensuring creative excellence, commercial success and outstanding client experiences across a fast-paced, multi-platform environment. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, and build strong client relationships while ensuring all projects comply with BBC editorial, commercial, data protection and security standards. This role offers the opportunity to work with talented colleagues across sales, editorial, marketing and production in a collaborative, ambitious and globally focused team that values creativity, quality and continuous improvement.

Experience
Proven experience managing complex content, production, campaign or project delivery programmes in a fast-paced commercial environment. Experience delivering branded content, advertising, media, publishing, broadcast or digital campaigns. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships across multiple teams and seniority levels. Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, with confidence managing expectations and navigating challenging conversations. Demonstrable experience planning, budgeting and delivering multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of creativity, quality and efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills, resilience and the ability to remain organised, calm and focused under pressure in a constantly evolving environment.

You are organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities effectively. Qualifications
Knowledge of broadcast, digital advertising and content regulations and industry best practice is desirable but not required. Experience sourcing and managing external suppliers, agencies, production partners or freelance resources is advantageous. Previous experience leading, mentoring or developing project teams and fostering a collaborative team culture is a plus.
