About the Role
As a Band 4 Domestic Supervisor at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a key role in leading and supervising the domestic services team to ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for coordinating daily cleaning schedules, monitoring standards, and supporting staff development to maintain compliance with infection control and health and safety policies. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a busy hospital setting.

Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within domestic services or a similar environment is desirable. Experience working in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential.
