About the Role
We are looking for a confident Barista to join our support function team, serving coffee to 500 staff members daily within the head office of a global music company. You will also support food service in our restaurant. Your role will involve preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks efficiently and to our standards. Basic latte art skills such as hearts are desirable but not essential. You will greet customers warmly, share the story of our menu, provide recommendations, and follow allergen procedures. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards is essential. You will also monitor stock levels, restock supplies, use till systems for payments and orders, and assist with other tasks as needed. Following all health, safety, and food safety guidelines is a key part of this role. Experience
Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista or in a similar food service role is preferred.
