We have an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, inclusive, and passionate Executive Head Chef to join our team in Bloomsbury. You will be responsible for delivering meals to on-site residents for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, as well as servicing a hotel breakfast offer and a busy conference and events operation including sit-down dinners for up to 250 guests and weddings.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Executive Head Chef to make a name within the food service industry and help set the new standard for workplace hospitality.

Key responsibilities include leading, inspiring, collaborating with, and supporting your team to deliver consistently exceptional standards; building positive and credible relationships with clients and stakeholders; mentoring and developing your team through training, recognition, and empowerment; creating a culture of excellence focused on caring service, obsessive food standards, and innovation; and achieving critical business KPIs including health and safety, sustainability, financial targets, and governance.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role.
Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and support a team effectively.
Strong financial acumen with experience creating and maintaining budgets and driving commercial performance.
