Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in ensuring the location achieves financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
- Support the Catering Manager in coordinating and managing recruitment and selection
- Motivate and lead by example, ensuring you and your team have fun at work and are proud of your efforts
- Monitor staff performance, carry out appraisals, identify training needs and potential
- Hold regular team meetings to communicate targets, standards, company and client information
- Ensure customers receive prompt and efficient service, consistently exceeding food service and value expectations

Experience
- Experience in an Assistant Manager role, ideally in contract catering or hospitality
- Good understanding of report writing and financial management
- Proven supervisory and communication skills
- Strong delegation and influencing abilities
- Analytical approach to problem solving

- You thrive on getting the best out of people and enjoy managing, training and supporting a team
- You provide a professional catering service, maintaining company standards and meeting client expectations
- You have a real passion for food and customer service

Qualifications
- No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience in hospitality management is essential
