About the Role
We are looking for a confident Barista to join our growing team serving coffee to approximately 500 staff members within the head office of a global music company. You will also support food service in our restaurant. While expert latte art is not required, basic skills such as hearts are desirable. You will be a team player, organised, efficient, great with customers, and have excellent timing and a can-do attitude. Your daily tasks will include preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks to our high standards, sharing the story of our menu, and providing recommendations while adhering to allergen procedures. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules and health and safety standards is essential. You will also monitor stock levels, restock supplies, operate till systems, and assist with other tasks as needed.

Experience
Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista or in a similar food service role is preferred.
