Hours
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week. You will be required to work a mixture of early and late shifts. The earliest start is 04:30 with the latest finish time of 22:30. All shifts are 8 hours long.

Salary
£13.85 per hour

About the Role
As a Lounge Host at the British Airways Lounges, you will be the face of our bespoke operation, delivering 5-star BaxterStorey service. Your role is to ensure every customer receives a great experience by being smart, cheerful, and approachable. You will maintain counters and displays in excellent condition, clear tables promptly, and ensure BA specifications and guest expectations are met on every shift. Responsibilities include providing prompt and efficient service, assisting in food and snack preparation, and keeping kitchen and restaurant areas clean and tidy at all times. This role requires photographic ID and a basic disclosure check due to the airport location, including verifiable evidence of your past 5 years of work/education history to obtain an airside pass.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus but not essential.
