As a General Assistant, you will serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs and requests are efficiently addressed. You will provide excellent customer service throughout the guest journey, answer questions, and resolve any concerns with a positive attitude. Teamwork is essential, as you will collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and a safe, inclusive working environment.

You will also be responsible for adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas. Specific duties include supporting the setup, delivery, and close down of our coffee bar and café, assisting with ad-hoc evening events (which finish by 8pm), and helping maintain service standards within kitchenettes.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus but not essential.
