As a Chef de Partie, you will deliver high-quality breakfast and lunch for up to 70 people daily, supporting premium hospitality and events. You will work with top-quality, seasonal produce in a creative, fast-paced kitchen that prides itself on excellence and attention to detail.

This is a client-facing role requiring confidence, professionalism, and excellent presentation, as well as the ability to engage with customers during service. You will be responsible for food preparation, station management, quality control, team collaboration, menu development, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your kitchen area.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Qualifications
